Sahy Yedlin

CEO

Over 15 years of leading P&L operations worth hundreds of millions of euros across Israel and Europe, with strong multi‑interface management and business optimization skills. Brings 30+ years of real estate experience and deep operational and financial expertise. Holds an MBA in Finance & Technology and Operations Management, a BA in Economics, and is a certified real estate appraiser.

Experienced in the development, management, and operation of internal and external strategic processes of multiple companies. Ms. Valenstein brings extensive experience in implementing complex initiatives and projects, marketing, operations, and human resources in hi-tech, communications, and medical device industries.

Elad is a seasoned electrical engineer with a background in advanced technology development, having served as a captain in Unit 81. His expertise spans digital communication, FPGA logic design, software, and RF systems. At Alorin, he leads the development of multidisciplinary equipment in mechanical design, vacuum systems, microwave systems, and plasma integration.

In public life, he advised two prime ministers, served as Director‑General of the Prime Minister’s Office, and continues to hold key civic and social leadership roles.

Nechama Mann, founder and managing partner of Finvest Consulting, specializes in financial consulting and advanced modeling for complex transactions. With 17 years of experience across infrastructure, energy, real estate, transport, high‑tech, and more, she led major projects, previously serving as Chief Economist at Leader and Senior Analyst at SFK. She holds an MBA and a BA in finance.

Extensive experience advising VCs, accelerators, incubators, and private investors on tech‑sector investments. Represents entrepreneurs and companies in Israel and abroad through all growth stages.
